What is Airport Meet & Assist?
Airport Meet & Assist is a personal hospitality service that gives you your own host from the moment you land at a Vietnam airport. Your host welcomes you at the arrival gate with a Welcome Board, helps with your hand luggage and walks with you through the terminal so you always know where to go. You keep your own passport and travel documents and take care of any formalities yourself – your host is simply there to guide you, help with your bags and make the walk through a large, unfamiliar airport easy. Available at all 5 international airports in Vietnam (Ha Noi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh, Cam Ranh, Phu Quoc), from US$35 per passenger.

How does it work?
When you arrive at the airport, look for our host holding a Welcome Board with your name on it at the arrival area. If you can’t spot them, call our hotline straight away and we’ll tell them where you are. Your host walks with you through the terminal, helps carry your bags and guides you to the arrival hall – you keep your own passport and travel documents and present them yourself. With someone beside you the whole way, the walk through the airport feels simple and calm.
How can I book this service?
You can book Airport Meet & Assist by selecting this option during online booking, or simply email us at [email protected] with your flight itinerary (flight number, arrival time, departure point/arrival point) so we can arrange the welcome for you. If your flight changes, please let us know at least 2 working days before your landing date (except Saturday, Sunday and national holidays). Our host will be there to welcome you.
