What is VIP Airport Meet & Assist?
VIP Airport Meet & Assist is our most attentive hospitality service. A dedicated host meets you right at the arrival gate and stays with you every step – through the terminal, to the baggage belt and out to your waiting car. You keep your own documents and take care of any formalities yourself; your host is there to guide you, carry your bags and look after you the whole way. From US$55 per passenger, you are welcomed and escorted from the aircraft door to your transport.

How does it work?
With VIP Airport Meet & Assist there are just two simple steps:
- Step 1: When you land, look for our host holding a Welcome Board with your name on it. Keep your passport and travel documents with you – your host walks you straight through the terminal.
- Step 2: Your host stays with you while you collect your checked bags, helps with your luggage and walks you out to the arrival hall and your waiting driver.
